IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:

Please use the back door, which is accessible from Carrow Street. Parking spaces are signed for patrons of Symmetry Pilates -- these are the two parking spots available. If both of these spots are full, you may park in the area in front of the double doors labeled Symmetry Pilates. Please DO NOT park elsewhere as these are our only parking spaces. Thank you!!!

After each session, I use hospital-grade, EPA registered sanitization wipes on all touchable surfaces.

Your massage table is covered with a sanitary protective table cover.

The wastebasket in your massage room has a lid and a step-on pedal.

All linens and fabrics stored in your massage room are enclosed in drawers. All pillows are covered by waterproof, zippered pillowcases.

After a thorough hand washing protocol, I will apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer just before I begin your massage.

My requests from you:

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 

Upon entering the building, please apply hand sanitizer (this will be available for you in the studio).

Please consider wearing little to no jewelry/accessories, which will reduce the amount of time you will need to enter and exit your session.

When possible, please use the restroom before coming to the studio.

Post-session, please dress and exit the room as quickly as possible, and please check out and reschedule as quickly as possible. While I do not wish to rush you, the required extra cleaning protocols require additional time.
